Terms of Service

1. The service

FWMOS is a software service provided by REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD; its features are described at https://fwmos.com. Where the service generates content or reports, the output is a suggestion; the user is responsible for its use.

2. Account and sign-up

Sign-in uses the providers offered on the site. The user is responsible for their account and credentials.

3. Plans and billing

Pricing is available on the website. Plans and included allowances are described per plan; allowances renew each billing period unless stated otherwise. Product-specific credit and usage rules, if any, are set out in the product addendum at the end of this document.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Unless the product's pricing page states otherwise, all fees and payments are in EUR (euro). Invoices are issued by Stripe with the provided company details; EU VAT per Stripe Tax.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the customer portal, effective at period end. Due to immediate digital delivery, consumed usage is non-refundable except where required by law.

6. User responsibility

The user is responsible for the lawfulness of submitted data and for the use of outputs. Unlawful, deceptive or platform-policy-violating use is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

The right to use outputs generated for you belongs to you. The platform, code and brand belong to the operator.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to the accuracy or business results of generated content or reports.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; we will notify you. The service is provided by REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (United Kingdom); the laws of the United Kingdom govern this agreement. Consumers in the EU retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of habitual residence.

Product addendum — customer obligations (FWMOS)

The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it puts into its tenant, including informing its own workers and clients about the processing, and obtaining any consent required for location data before enabling GPS check-in.

The customer administers its own users and roles. Access rights granted inside the tenant are the customer's decision; we do not moderate them.

Photo and audit records are append-only by design. The customer accepts that individual photos and audit entries cannot be deleted or edited within the service, and that erasure is performed at tenant level.

Product addendum — availability and support (FWMOS)

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime figure outside an individually signed Enterprise agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

Support is provided on business days by email, on the Enterprise plan according to the contractual service levels.
