Why FWMOS exists
It started as one cleaning company's operational pain, and turned into the system the whole industry was missing.
Born in the field, not in a workshop
FWMOS grew out of a real facility operation: properties tracked in spreadsheets, crews coordinated over the phone, photo evidence scattered across chat threads, and subcontractors managed in email. Every one of those failure modes cost money — a disputed job with no proof, a missed deadline nobody escalated, a partner nobody rated.
The first tenant was an operating cleaning company. Everything in the product had to survive a real Monday morning before it shipped.
A platform, not a single-company tool
FWMOS is multi-tenant from the database up. Every query is tenant-scoped, every role sees exactly its own surface, and a partner network can span multiple levels of companies without a single row leaking sideways.
That is what lets a prime contractor run its own operation and its subcontractors on the same platform — each of them with their own tenant, their own crew and their own clients.
