Where is the data hosted and is it GDPR-compliant?
Data is hosted in the EU. Access is tenant-isolated and role-based, sensitive operations land in an append-only audit log, photos are append-only, and GPS is opt-in — stripped unless the worker consents.
Can we bring our existing spreadsheets?
Yes. The Excel import maps your columns to properties, clients and jobs, and the mapping profile is saved for the next import.
